I’m the cookie designer behind Aves (“ah-vays”)—a custom sugar cookie bakery based in Flatbush, Brooklyn. What started as a creative outlet quickly turned into a full-blown passion, and now I spend my evenings after work designing sugar cookies that are as thoughtful as they are tasty.
